No. HearPro is a hearing amplifier for mild to moderate everyday hearing difficulty. It makes voices clearer without a clinic visit or a fitting. If you have severe hearing loss, we'd always recommend seeing an audiologist.
Will it help me hear the TV and conversations?
Yes. HearPro uses 16 channel sound to lift voices above the background, so the television and everyday conversation come through clearer at a comfortable volume.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 20 hours on a single charge. The USB C case tops them up between wears, so they are ready when you are.
Is it easy to set up?
Very. Charge the case, pick the ear tip size that fits best, pop them in, and you are away. There is a large print quick start guide in the box.
How long until I get used to them?
Give it a fortnight. Your brain needs a week or two to adjust to sounds it has been missing. The free 14 day listening plan walks you through it, day by day.
