Refund / Return Policy

30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 30-day risk-free guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging exactly as you received it. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. Because of the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

To start a return, contact us at support@hearagain.com and we'll guide you through the process. Please don't send anything back before contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away at support@hearagain.com if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can't be returned, including opened or used products, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just get in touch before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@hearagain.com.
